These terms govern your use of henryknows.info ("HenryKnows," "we," "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

The service

HenryKnows provides general information about U.S. international student compliance — an AI question-answering assistant ("Henry"), written guides, a rules calculator, and hosted regulatory text. Everything on the site is general information, not legal advice; the disclaimer is part of these terms.

Accounts

Some features require an account (Google Sign-In or an email verification code). You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Subscriptions and billing

• Henry Student costs $10 per month (20 questions per month); Henry Basic costs $35 per month or $299 per year (unlimited). Billing is through Stripe. Prices may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you already paid for.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel or change plans anytime yourself via Manage subscription in the account menu; cancellation stops future billing and your access continues through the end of the paid period. Plan changes are prorated.
• Billing problems? Contact us — we'd rather fix it than argue about it.

Acceptable use

• Don't submit other people's personal information — student names, SEVIS IDs, passport numbers. Describe situations generically.
• Don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or resell access.
• Guides and site content are ours; the hosted Federal Register text is a U.S. government work in the public domain.

Limits of liability

The service is provided "as is." AI-generated answers can contain errors, and regulations change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HenryKnows is not liable for decisions made in reliance on the service; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
