A free account (email or Google) keeps your history and saved answers, and lifts the small anonymous allowance that exists only to stop automated abuse.
Why free?
Because the people who need this most — advisers carrying several hundred students each, and the students trying to stay in status — are exactly the people least able to expense a subscription. A cited answer in ten seconds is worth more as something everyone can reach than as something a few can buy.
Institutional and bulk access
The website stays free. If an office needs more than a website — Henry's answers inside your own systems through an API, a shared workspace for a whole team, your institution's own policies and templates in the knowledge base, or a deployment that keeps data where your school requires it — that is bespoke work, quoted per engagement.

Common questions
Is it really free? Yes — there is no paid personal plan and nothing to cancel. The only limit is a daily cap high enough that ordinary use never touches it; it exists so an automated script can't run up the bill.
