SEVP: paste plain text only into SEVIS open text fields

In a short broadcast message dated October 7, SEVP told SEVIS users to keep text only when pasting into open text fields, because formatting carried over from other programs can cause errors. It is a troubleshooting notice for DSOs and other SEVIS users, not a rule, and it changes no requirement.
